Open entries in three steps
Already listed on Race Calendar? Claim it. New event? Add it in a couple of minutes.
Add distances, entry types, price tiers and capacity caps, then upload a GPX and we build your course map and elevation profile automatically.
Send people to your entry page. You set up a Stripe account in your name, entry payments go straight into it, the booking fee comes to us, and you stay the merchant of record and never wait on a payout from us.
Your listing
Every race can sit on Race Calendar as a standard listing of basic information. Take entries through us and that listing becomes an enriched entry page with all your event details: photo-led, with your course map, distance options and a one-tap Enter button, right where runners are already looking.

A photo if the organiser added one, a date and links out. Fine for being found.
Photo, distances, an Enter from price and a one-tap Enter now - right in the search results.
The full entry page
Tap Enter and the runner arrives on your full entry page: your photo, the key details, an Enter box for every distance, your event story, an interactive course map with elevation, directions to the start, and a form to reach you. Everything in one place, in your colours.
One page, top to bottom
Every section works to inform the runner and get them entered.
A full-width photo with your name, date and location laid over it. It carries straight through to every email you send, so your brand travels with the entry.
The details runners hunt for - start time, sat nav postcode, entry deadline, surface - pinned in tidy boxes at the top instead of buried in a paragraph.
Every distance, every price tier - affiliated, unaffiliated, early bird, junior - each with its own one-tap Enter. Anyone choosing the affiliated rate has their England Athletics number checked live at that moment, so the discount only reaches genuine members. Ballots and waiting lists slot in here too.
Your description, plus the facts that build trust: capacity, licence body, and a link to last year’s results.
Chip timing, free photos, a goody bag, a medal - shown as clear icons so entrants see the value before they pay.
Upload a GPX and the route, distance and total climb are drawn automatically. Add water-station pins along the line and a proper elevation profile - the detail runners ask about most.
An embedded map with a dropped pin, plus parking instructions and a what3words address for the exact start - no more “where do I go?” emails.
A built-in form goes straight to your inbox. Runners reach you without your email ever being on show.
Sell out, fairly and hands-free
When your race fills up, the waiting list keeps working for you. A freed place is offered to the next person in line automatically, by email, with a deadline to pay. Miss the deadline and it moves to the next person. You do nothing.
Entries hit your cap. New runners join the waiting list in order instead of being turned away.
Someone refunds or a place is released. The next person is emailed an offer with a countdown.
They claim and pay within the window, or it passes to the next in line automatically.
Every step is emailed for you: joined the list, offered a place, place confirmed. No spreadsheets, no chasing.
For races everyone wants
Oversubscribed events can allocate places by random draw instead of first-come. People register free during a window, you draw when it closes, and winners get a payment link with a deadline. Hold back discretionary places to invite guests, elites or charity runners directly.
Runners register during your window at no charge. One entry each, duplicates flagged for you.
You review the list and run a random draw. Winners up to your ballot places, the rest kept as a standby list.
Each winner is emailed a payment link and a deadline. Unpaid places roll to the next standby automatically.
Discretionary places let you invite chosen entrants directly, outside the draw. And you can open any leftover places for public sale in one click.
Transfers
Plans change. Rather than a refund request, or a stranger turning up wearing someone else's number, an entrant can pass their place to a named person. The place is held the whole time, so it never slips out to the public or the waiting list while it is being sorted.
The current entrant, or you, names who it should go to. They get an emailed invite with a deadline, and the place is held for them until it runs out.
They go through the normal entry form and checkout, agreeing to your terms and giving their own details, so you end up with a proper entry rather than a name changed by hand.
Only once the new payment has landed. If the invite is never taken up, it simply expires and the place returns to the original entrant, with nothing moved and nothing to unpick.
You decide per event: transfers off, allowed automatically, or every one approved by you first. You can also choose whether entrants may start a transfer themselves, or only you can.
What you get
Upload a GPX and entrants get an interactive route map, elevation profile and water-station markers, generated automatically. No other listing site does this.
Enter an England Athletics number and we verify it live against the EA database at the point of entry, so the affiliated rate only ever goes to genuine members. No manual checking, no runners claiming a discount they are not entitled to.
Sell out with confidence. A freed place is offered to the next person in line automatically, with a deadline to pay, and the queue moves on if they do not.
For oversubscribed races. Free registration during a window, a random draw allocates places, winners get a payment link and deadline, and you can hold places back to invite directly.
Money settles to your own Stripe account, not ours. You stay the merchant of record and never wait on a payout from us.
Multiple distances, entry types, early-bird and club price tiers, and a capacity cap per race.
Full or partial refunds in a couple of clicks, entry transfers between people, and a clean CSV whenever you need it for race day.
One person can enter several runners in a single go - a family, a relay team, a club group - without everyone needing their own account first. Fewer drop-offs, more entries.
We are not just a checkout, we are a busy listings site with thousands of runners a month arriving from Google looking for their next race. Your event is in front of that audience, not just the people you already reach.
Pricing
The entrant pays the price you set plus a booking fee on top- that covers our fee and card processing, so there are no separate charges to chase and nothing hidden. You receive your full entry fee into your account.
Standard rate carries a £1.20 minimum fee per entry. The affiliated club rate (75p minimum) is for running and athletics clubs affiliated to a UK governing body (England Athletics, Scottish Athletics, Welsh Athletics or Athletics NI).
Standard rate: the entrant pays a £1.30 booking fee on top of your £22 entry (5% + 20p, £1.20 minimum). That fee already covers card processing, so on a standard UK card your full entry price is paid to your account.
Every entry is taken through Stripe, a PCI-compliant global payment provider. Card details never touch our servers or yours.
Money is paid into a Stripe account in your name, and you are the merchant of record, so you stay in control of your funds and your refunds. We cannot take money out of it.
Entrants get clear terms and a privacy notice at checkout. You are the data controller for your event and can export or remove data any time.
Questions organisers ask
When you sign up as an organiser we set up a Stripe Express account in your name, and you choose the bank account it pays out to. Every entry payment goes straight into that account, and Stripe settles it to your bank on your own payout schedule, not ours. We never hold your money.
No. When you sign up we create a Stripe Express account in your name, and Stripe asks you for the details it needs to verify you and the bank account you want paying out to. If you already have a Stripe account you can sign in with it during that step, which reuses your verified details and makes it much quicker - but it still creates a separate account for your Race Calendar entries rather than using your existing one. Both can pay out to the same bank.
There is a Stripe link in your organiser portal that signs you straight into your Stripe dashboard, where you will find every payment, your balance, your payouts and your bank details. You can also reach it directly at connect.stripe.com/express_login using the email address on the account.
The entrant pays it, on top of your entry price. If you set a £22 entry, the entrant pays £22 plus a small booking fee, and your full £22 is paid to your account. The fee already covers card processing, so there is nothing extra for you to chase.
Most UK events are already listed. If yours is, you claim it as the organiser. If it isn't, you can add it in a couple of minutes as part of the setup.
You can issue full or partial refunds from your dashboard at any time. When you refund an entry, we refund our platform fee too, so you are never out of pocket. Transfers between entrants are supported.
Upload a GPX file (the same file you would import to Strava or a watch) and we generate the route map, distance and total climb automatically. You can update it at any time if the route changes.
Yes. You can build out your event page, set your distances and prices, and preview the entry flow before activating entries. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Any running or athletics club affiliated to a UK governing body (England Athletics, scottishathletics, Welsh Athletics or Athletics NI). You may be asked to confirm your affiliation during setup.
Yes. Set the distance to ballot, choose how many places and a registration window. Runners register free, you draw when it closes, and winners get a payment link with a deadline. You can also hold back places to invite people directly.
When a race hits its cap, new runners join a waiting list in order. If a place frees up, the next person is emailed an offer with a deadline to pay, and it rolls to the next person automatically if they do not take it. Nothing for you to manage by hand.
Each entry is paid into your own Stripe account at the point of purchase. Stripe then settles to your bank on your normal payout schedule, typically every day or two once your account is verified. We never hold your funds.
Yes. Set a capacity per race and per distance. Once full, entries close automatically and, if you have it switched on, a waiting list takes over.
You stay in control. You can close entries, message everyone entered, and issue full or partial refunds from your dashboard. When you refund an entry we refund our fee too, so a cancellation does not leave you out of pocket on our side.
You are the organiser and the data controller for your event; we process entrant data on your behalf to run entries. Entrants see clear terms and a privacy notice at checkout, and you can export your entrant list at any time.
No. It is free to list and there is no monthly cost or lock-in. You only ever pay the per-entry fee on entries you actually take, so it costs you nothing until you are selling places.
